We explain the process your game will go through, from it's initial phase to when it reaches your hands.

We are a company specialized in manufacturing board games and the leading factory in Spain. Our creation process ensures that your game undergoes a thorough review and achieves an optimal result.

But, how does it work?

The step-by-step process to create your game at AGR is:

Budget

You can request the budget at info@agrgames.com, and our sales team will get in touch with you. Once you have reviewed everything in detail, we can start your project! The budget includes everything that will be part of your game, so make sure to review it thoroughly.

Sending Guides and Templates

Our production technicians will send you the necessary resources to create your game. We´ll provide you with a file preparation guide and the final artwork specifications, along with the appropriate templates for your specific game. We´ll also give you our contact information to address any questions you may have, so feel free to reach out!

Reception of Files

Once you have sent us the final artwork for your game, the files will be thoroughly reviewed to ensure everything is correct and ready for production.

Review Report

We´ll review the technical details of the final artwork, as well as the legal aspects of regulations, to ensure your game has no issues and can be sold in stores. We´ll create a detailed report that includes all the necessary changes to make your designs perfect: you will receive a thorough technical evaluation with results, suggestions, and required corrections.

This is a reiterative process! In many cases, it´s necessary to go through several cycles of revisions and corrections to ensure you achieve the best result.

File preparation

Once the files are correct and you give us the go-ahead on the report, we´ll proceed to prepare the final documents.

Test Approval

With the correct files, we´ll conduct digital print tests (eProof) so you can verify that the content is accurate. For example, certain elements like cards require additional preparation.

You´ll receive a assembly guide with all the instructions, components, elements, and assembly order, as well as the packaging mark with all the logistics information.

It´s very important that this review is thorough; anything overlooked at this stage will not be reversible!

Optionally, you can request a color tests on a flat surface and a blank mock-up, keeping in mind that this will slightly extend the delivery timeline.

Production

With your final approval, your project moves to the physical production phase. This will take between 6 and 8 weeks and is subject to the production queue. We´ll carry out all the processes to complete your project and will keep you informed of each milestone reached, you'll be able to see the progress without worrying about a thing!
