The Management of AGRpriority has decided to implement a Chain of Custody Management System in accordance with the FSC-STD-40-004 V3-1 standard for the products manufactured by the company.
The implemented chain of custody system describes all the management and production requirements to control the chain of custody, labeling, and sale of certified products. It involves the evaluation of forest products from the tree to the final product, including all stages of processing, transformation, manufacturing, and handling, thereby verifying that the paper used comes from sustainably managed forests.
AGRpriority declares that it is neither directly nor indirectly involved in the following activities:

Illegal logging or trade of wood or illegal forest products;

Violation of traditional and human rights in forestry operations;

Destruction of high conservation values in forestry operations;

Significant conversion of forests to plantations or other uses;

Introduction of genetically modified organisms in forestry operations;

Violation of any of the ILO Core Conventions, as defined in the ILO Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work (1998), specifically:

Does not prevent workers from freely associating, choosing their representatives, or collectively bargaining with the company,

Does not make use of forced labor,

Does not employ workers below the legal minimum age of 15 years, or below the compulsory school age if higher,

Does not prevent equal opportunities and treatment of workers,
-
Working conditions do not endanger the safety or health of workers.
AGRpriority also declares its commitment to the occupational health and safety of its workers.
Management provides the system with all the human and material resources necessary to achieve these established objectives.
